Here is a recap for the month of June as we head into the summer of 2025!

This Sunday, June 1, we return to our full Sunday morning schedule.  Marlene will share a couple of solos during worship this Sunday. My message:  “Let the Sun/Son Shine.”

Sunday, June 8, is Pentecost Sunday when we celebrate the “birthday” of the Church.  My message: “Windy Day.” And the Elders will gather after worship.

Sunday, June 15, is Father’s Day…and here is my request…send me thoughts on your father or thoughts on fatherhood…just a few sentences will suffice…and when I have enough responses I will let you know.  This will be part of my Father’s Day sermon. Sunday, June 22, I will celebrate the 45th anniversary of my ordination into the Christian ministry. I hope you will be present to celebrate with me as I reflect back over the years.  My message:  “Ordained.”  The Church Board will convene after worship.

And then, Sunday, June 29, we close out this first month of the summer of 2025.

There are some good and special Sundays we will share throughout this month.  Come and be present as we share life together.

I look forward to seeing you this Sunday as we study, fellowship, and worship together.
