Growing in Faith The Christian Education programs at Highlands provide
opportunities for members of our congregation and visitors to discover and
nourish their understanding of and relationship with God. Sunday School Classes Sunday morning 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Through the organization of our adult church
school, we offer a time for study, service, and fellowship. Any member or visitor is welcome in any
class. Adult Bible Study - East Wing As the name implies, this is a new class for
adults that focuses on relevant and informative Bible study. We love
to have visitors join us so come and see what we’re up to! Kerygma Class - East Wing This one of our youngest adult classes; Kerygma
includes both single and married individuals.
Through Bible study and spiritual growth they seek to find direction
in dealing with the tough problems of life. Crusaders Class - West Wing Our largest Sunday school class, the Crusaders are well organized and
active. Traditional Bible study is a
regular feature of this group’s meetings, along with prayers, hymns and lots
of fun. Celebration Class - East Wing There’s always a lively discussion and a lot of
laughs during this class. If you are
looking for a group that looks at the Bible with the eyes of 21st
century Christians, this may be the place for you. We are planning to
organizing a class for young couples and couples with young children. Please give Rev. Tambur a call if you are
interested in such a class. |
